Yes. Members can pause their membership once per year for up to 60 days. Your billing cycle resumes automatically at the end of the pause period. No credits are lost during a pause.

Treatment credits do not roll over — they reset on your billing date. However, retail product credits can be accumulated across two months before expiring.

Yes. All tiers provide access across all four Hyderabad Spas locations — Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Gachibowli, and Kondapur. Book at any location without additional fees.

Contact our team or update via the member portal. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

There is a one-time initiation fee of ₹999 for all tiers — this covers your personalised member card, wellness intake consultation, and first ritual kit (Sanctuary and Sovereign) or a welcome gift set (Serenity).
